About Us
PB Roche is a family owned and operated company that specializes in land development and property management located in Greeley, Colorado. The company was founded by Patrick Blaine Roche. Pat was an innovator and a leader that had an incredible vision that helped launch PB Roche into a very successful company in a short period of time. Unfortunately Pat passed away in 2000. Now the company is owned and operated by Pat’s wife Kathy, and four children Dane, Dillan, Connor, and Cole. PB Roche Development started in 1993 and PB Roche Solutions started in 1997 but rebranded to PB Roche Property Solutions in 2022.
